Still cannot navigate every time I log in. This problem has been existent for over a month and a half. I think you people have had more than enough time to get this problem fixed. The fact that the problem is still existent tells me that you either do not dive a damn about the quality of your service you provide to your customers or Prodigy is too cheap to correct the problem. I will be sending a certified letter to Mr. David Trachtenberg (The President of Prodigy) to let him know the level of service I have received from you and how dissatisfied I am with the overall performance of your service. In addition, I will be placing a web page on the net to let the world know how terrific your service is.
